i've been wanting to do a post about hibiscus sun tea ever since the weather started getting warmer. unfortunately, save a few delightful weekend days, there hasn't been too much sun for tea making lately. luckily, the stuff is just as good warm with a spoonful of honey. tart and sweet, here's hoping it's a harbinger for sunnier days.
