another happy announcement today of a new collaboration. elisabeth thurston fraser and miya hirabayashi of You+ME* have spearheaded the equals project: a three tiered project that's part print quarterly, part online journal, and part philanthropic call to action. i was utterly delighted when the pair contacted me a few weeks ago to see if i might be interested in contributing, and i'm even more excited now to announce that i have a weekly column over in their space. my first installment of city flower: notes on living simply in a big city went live this week. if you have a moment, i'd be delighted if you hopped over and had a read. just be prepared to stay awhile, there's lots that's good over there.
